    President and CEO

    Jesse is a U.S. Army veteran that is passionate about leading and developing sales professionals. Starting his career in the oilfields of New Mexico as a field sales representative, he honed his salesmanship while progressing up the corporate ladder.

     

    After surviving numerous downturns within the oil and gas industry for over 20 years, he decided to leverage his gained expertise to begin Strategic Performance Group, LLC. He now guides small to medium sized businesses in assessing, managing, and filling the gaps within their sales organizations for growth. His passion and drive for sales and leading the sales professional has only grown as he diversified his knowledge and continues to lead in various industries. A few examples of industries in which he has led are medical, commercial real estate, technology, and office furniture, in addition to the oil and gas industry.

     

    Jesse resides in the greater Houston area with his wife and business partner, Misty, and their daughter. Jesse is active within his congregation, the community, and a strong supporter of Israel. He serves with Misty as Managing Director for Hineni Ministries, Inc. (http://hineniministries.org),

    a 501-C3 charitable organization benefiting Israel.
